We call him Bob.

So, we've made it. My husband Kris and I have been married for over a year. I'm sure we beat some sort of statistic. I once read somewhere that 1 in 10 people get divorced before their first year of marriage. Not sure if that's right (kind of scary if it is), but we've beat it!

Anywho, we went up to Winnipeg for the special event, staying at the same hotel we stayed at for our Anniversary... the Inn at the Forks... which is situated at, well, the fork of the Red River of the North and the Assinaboine River. It's an awesome hotel in an awesome location.... and if you haven't been to Winnipeg, I totally would suggest you drive north and stay at that hotel.

Anywho, we only had one night in Winnipeg, so I didn't take too many photos. Here are a few of the Forks.

Dragon Boat Racing on the Red. They were holding a festival while we were there. I don't know what it is, but it was fun to watch.

Last but least, here is Bob:

He's an ugly doll (www.uglydoll.com). We picked him up at a cute shop in the Osbourne District... and renamed him Bob. His original name is Wedgehead. He is now Bob Wedgehead.

Bob is awesome.

And you and Kerz are OK, too.

Way to go on one year! I still have a chance of winning the pool!

I keed, I keed.
